We designed the print ads for “Chiquita”, formerly known as Chiquita Brands International Inc., an American producer & distributor of bananas.

The concept / creative idea is associated to the fact that bananas have long been a favorite source of energy for endurance & recreational athletes. Bananas are a rich source of potassium & other nutrients, & are easy for cyclists, runners or hikers to carry. So we designed an image of  a “Chiquita” banana with an athlete’s wrist band, showing the beneficial properties of this super fruit. The final result was very powerful, clean & memorable.
